We’re here to help with the most frequently asked questions about our ticketing platform.
Where can I view or download my tickets?
If you are a woutick user, your tickets will be saved to your account. You will also receive them by email after purchase.
What should I do if I've lost the email containing my tickets?
You can log in to your woutick account and download your tickets again from there.
Do I need to print my tickets?
It’s not compulsory. You can gain entry to the event by showing your digital ticket on your mobile. Some events also accept printed tickets.
How do I get into the event on the day of the concert or conference?
Simply show your ticket (digital or physical). Event staff will verify your entry using the relevant access control app.

Yes. woutick includes access control and capacity management via mobile devices, with data updated in real time.
